Amanda Jean is a New Jersey based singer, actress. Originally from the sunshine state (Florida pride!) she is known for bringing light and brightness to even the darkest and deepest of her characters. She recently received her B.A. in Music from Fordham University in Manhattan, New York and trains with voice, acting, and dance coaches in the city. She has been praised for her beautifully trained clear and bright soprano that greatly juxtaposes her gritty depth of character and willingness to be ugly when given harsh material.
When she is not performing, Amanda spends her time reading, releasing endorphins through Pilates and cycling, soaking in the positive energy of her family and friends she's blessed to be surrounded by, and working on her faith. “God, You are my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear? You are the strength of my life, of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked come against me to eat up my flesh, my enemies and foes, they stumbled and fell. Though an army may encamp against me, my heart shall not fear!” Psalm 27:1-3 |
